Section 23(1) in The Iron Ore Mines Labour Welfare Cess Rules, 1963
(1)The Chairman, the Vice Chairman, and the Secretary of an Advisory Committee shall be the executive officers of such committee and exercise the executive functions of the Advisory Committee on its behalf.
