Section 50(1) in The Orissa Self-Help Co-operatives Act, 2001
(1)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Registrar or any other officer empowered to take action under this Act for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act.Chapter-VIII Disputes
