1. The petition is filed for the following reliefs:

"a) Allow the present Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India by issuing Writ order, in the nature of Mandamus, directing the respondents to complete the incomplete Project of construction the Road, drainage system, and cover of the Manhole which has not been done as per the timeline of the contract; and/or;

b) Direct the Respondent No. 1 to withheld further! pending payment to the Contractor, as he already got 80% amount but abandoned the road work, in utter violation of term and condition of Contract; and/or

c) To direct the Respondent to re-construct the Road, using interlocking tiles as per the tender details for which payment has already been made in conformity with Respondents Authorities; and/or

d) Cost of proceedings be awarded to the Petitioner from the Contractors with compensation for not completing the work within the timeline as per This is a digitally signed order.

2. It is, thus, seen that the grievance of the petitioner will have to be adequately looked into by the respondents-authorities. The District Magistrate, under Section 152 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 is also empowered to look into the as aspect related to 'public nuisance'.

3. The respondents are directed to look into the same and to take appropriate decision with due expedition. If the grievance of the petitioner is not fully mitigated, he shall be at liberty to take appropriate recourse in accordance with law.

4. With the aforesaid observations, the petition stands disposed of.
