Section 63 in THE NATIONAL COMMISSION FOR ALLIED AND HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONS ACT, 2021
63. Direction by Central Government.—
(1)The Central Government may, from time to time, issue such directions to the Commission, as in the opinion of Government are conducive for the fulfilment of the objects of this Act and in the discharge of its functions.(2)Any direction issued under sub-section (1) may include directions to the Commission to make any regulations or to amend or revoke any regulations already made.
