Since the appropriate condition(s) for grant of bail has already been imposed upon the respondent-accused, we are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order. The special leave petition is, accordingly, disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner-Central Bureau of Investigation, in case if the respondent-accused misuses the conditions of bail, the CBI is at liberty to approach the High Court for appropriate relief in accordance with law.
