Section 5(1) in Jharkhand Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2017
(1)The term of the social worker member of the Board shall not be more than for a period of three years from the date of appointment. In case the members are not appointed, the existing member shall continue to hold office until his/her successor assumes office or for an additional period of three months which ever earlier.
