FACTS
Vide RTI dated 29.7.10, appellant had sought copy of certain rules regarding permission for acquiring higher qualifications.
2. CPIO vide letter dated 6.8.10, returned the cheque to the appellant, asking her to submit the fees in the form of IPO/Bankers' Cheque/DD. Appellant was also asked to remit Rs 24 as photo copying charges.
3. PIO vide letter dated 12.8.10 provided information to the appellant.
4. An appeal was filed on 13.8.10.
5. AA vide order dated 8.9.10, upheld the decision of the PIO.
6. Not satisfied with the response, he filed the present appeal.
7. Submissions made by public authority were heard. Information sought by the appellant was provided.
DECISION
8. In view of the above, the appeal is disposed of.
