Section 326F(2) in Chennai City Municipal Corporation Act, 1919
(2)Where the hoarding is not removed within the time specified in the notice, the [District Collector] [Substituted for the word 'Commissioner' by Tamil Nadu Act 19 of 2003.] shall, without further notice, remove such hoarding and recover the expenditure for such removal as an arrear of land revenue.
