131. Opposition to registration of collective marks
.-(1) On acceptance of the application the Registrar shall cause the application to be advertised in the Journal and the provisions of rules 47 to 57 shall apply mutatis mutandis to further proceedings in the matter as they apply in relation to an application for the registration of a trade mark.(2)In any case of doubt with regard to proceedings on the opposition to the registration of a collective mark, any party may apply to the Registrar for directions.
