Section 35 in Bombay Wild Animals and Wild Birds Protection Act, 1951
35. Records and returns to be made by trophy and pets dealers. -
A trophy dealer or dealer in pets shall keep such records and submit such returns of his dealings to the Wild Life Preservation Officer as may be prescribed.
