Section 80 in The Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Act, 2007
80. Act not to be invalidated by informality, vacancy, etc.
- No act done or proceeding taken under this Act by the Board shall be invalidated merely on the ground of,-(a)any vacancy or defect in the constitution of the Marketing Board;(b)any defect or irregularity in the appointment of the person acting as a member thereof;(c)any defect or irregularity in such act or proceedings, not affecting the substance.
