Section 29 in Gujarat Compulsory Primary Education Act, 1961
29. Act to override certain other Acts.
- The provisions of this Act shall have effect notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the provisions, relating to primary education in the Bombay Primary Education Act, 1947 (Bombay LXI of 1947), or, as the case may be, the Saurashtra Primary Education Act, 1956 (Saurashtra XXXIII of 1956).
