119. Spittoon.
- 'Hie cinema shall be provided to the satisfaction of the licensing authority with a sufficient number of spittoons in suitable places for the use of the public. The spittoons shall contain a strong disinfectant and shall be emptied from time to time. Notices for using such spittoons shall be displayed in prominent parts of the cinema.
