Section 36(1) in Andhra Pradesh Water, Land and Trees Act, 2002
(1)Subject to the rules, if any, made in this behalf, every notice or order issued under this Act, may be served either by tendering or delivering a copy thereof in person or by post to the person on whom it is to be served, or his authorised agent or if the service in the manner aforesaid cannot be made, by affixing a copy thereof at his last known place of residence or at such place of public resort in the habitation in which the structure, public drinking water source.or well or water body or the tree to which the notice or order relates is situated.
