Section 295(1)(a) in Arunachal Pradesh Municipal Act, 2007

(a)provide proper places within the municipal area with necessary attendants and apparatus for disinfection of conveyances, clothing, beddings, or other articles which have been exposed to infection, and Special measures in case of outbreak of dangerous or epidemic diseases.
