74C. Inspection in certain Co-operatives.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in section 66, the Registrar shall inspect or cause to inspect the "affairs" of all apex, federal and central societies every year and the power of inspecting officers shall be as specified under sub-section (4) of section 66.Explanation. - Inspection conducted under this section shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the inspection conducted under any other law for the time being in force.
