Section 12(1) in The Himachal Pradesh Town and Country Planning Act, 1977
(1)The Director may, on his own motion or if so required by the State Government, at any time after a regional plan has come into operation, undertake the review and evaluation of the regional plan and make such modification in it as may be justified by the circumstances.
