Section 13(1) in Tamil Nadu Handloom Workers (Conditions of Employment and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1981
(1)The employer shall make, in every industrial premises, effective arrangements to provide and maintain, at suitable points conveniently situated for all employees therein, a sufficient supply of wholesome drinking water.
