Section 1162(b) in Police Regulations, Bengal , 1943
(b)Except in the 24-Parganas, the following items shall be excluded from the cost to be recovered from the Reserve Bank of India on account of escorts supplied in connection with the remittance of treasure:-(i)cost of buildings or of hired accommodation,(ii)costs,(iii)municipal taxes,(iv)water rate, lighting and sanitary charges.
