(3)[ On receipt of an application under sub-section (2) the Secretary shall,-(a)Send the application to the Municipal Health Officer where the Municipality has appointed a Municipal Health Officer, and in other cases, to the District Medical Officer of the Health Department having jurisdiction over the area and to the concerned District Collector for their opinion on the application; and(b)publish a public notice inviting objections and suggestions, if any regarding the application.]
