Section 10(1) in Meghalaya Community Participation and Public Services Social Audit Act, 2017
(1)The departments, responsible for the implementation of the developmental programmes and public services as listed in Schedule I of this Act, shall identify an officer not below the rank of Director as the State Nodal Officer for the purposes of this Act at the State level.
