                          ORAL ORDER

Learned High Court Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent No.1.

2. Sri Honnesha B.R., learned counsel files vakalath on behalf of respondent No.2. The same is placed on record.

3. The petitioners-accused Nos.2 and 3 who are charge sheeted for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 354, 506 of IPC and Section 3(1)(a), 3(1) (r), 3(2)(va), 3(1)(w)(i) of the SC/ST Act, 1989 are before this Court seeking relief.

4. Accused No.1 had approached this Court in Crl.P.No.5966/2024 and the Co-ordinate Bench this Court vide order dated 25.6.2024 quashed the proceeding by recording compromise of settlement arrived between the parties.

NC: 2025:KHC:16667 CRL.P No. 5964 of 2025 Therefore, this petition also requires to be disposed of in terms of the order passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

5. Accordingly, the petition is allowed. The impugned proceedings in Spl.C.No.153/2024 on the file of the LXX Addl. City Civil and Session Judge and Special Judge, Bengaluru (CCH-71), insofar it relates to the petitioners herein stands quashed.
