Section 15(15) in Jammu and Kashmir State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Mini Grid Renewable Energy Generation and Supply) Regulations, 2016
15.2The quantum of electricity generated from the MRES inter-connected with the Distribution Licensee's System, shall qualify as having complied with the RPO for the Distribution Licensee in whose area of supply the Mini-Grid Project is located.
