Section 35(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Protection of Children from Sexual Violence Act, 2018

(1)Where any offence under this Act is committed by a child, such child shall be dealt with under the provisions of the Jammu and Kashmir Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2013.
