Section 6(1) in Shri Kashi Vishwanath Special Area Development Board Varanasi Act, 2018
(1)The Chief Executive Officer will be the executive head of the Board who will act and pass orders in accordance with the provisions of this Act or the rules and regulations made under this Act;
