Section 32(iv) in Jharkhand University of Technology Act, 2011
(iv)The Executive Council may consider any such draft as is referred to, in sub-section (iii) and pass the Rule or reject it or return it to the Academic Council for reconsideration, either in whole or in part, together with any amendments which it may suggest.
