Section 23(1) in The West Bengal Right to Public Services Rules, 2013
(1)The Chief Commissioner and the Commissioners shall hold office for a term of five years from the date on which they enter upon the respective offices, or until they attain the age of sixty five years, whichever is earlier and they will not be entitled for re-appointment.
