Section 90(1) in The Orissa Co-operative Societies Act, 1962
(1)If any instalment payable under a mortgage executed in favour of a [Co-operative Agricultural and Rural Development Bank] [Substituted by Orissa Act No. 23 of 1994 Section 5, dated 4.11.1994.] or the [State Co-operative Agricultural and Rural Development Bank] [Substituted by Orissa Act No. 23 of 1994 Section 5, dated 4.11.1994.] or any part of such instalment has remained unpaid for more than one month from the date on which it fell due, the Committee, or the Board, as the case may be, may, in addition to any other remedy available to the bank, apply to the Registrar for the recovery of such instalment or part thereof by distraint and sale of the produce of the mortgaged land including the standing crops thereon.
