Section 32(1) in Karnataka Khadi and Village Industries Act, 1956
(1)The Board may, with the previous sanction of the State Government, make regulations by notification in the [Karnataka Gazette] [Adapted by the Karnataka Adaptations of Laws Order, 1973 w.e.f. 1.11.1973.], consistent with this Act and the rules made thereunder.
