Section 2(j) in The Sugar Development Fund Rules, 1983
(j)'occupier' in relation to any sugar factory, means the person who has ultimate control over the affairs of the sugar factory, or the owner of the sugar factory in case he is not the occupier;(jj)[ "potentially viable sick sugar undertaking' means a sugar undertaking being in the Private or Public sector in respect of which a scheme of rehabilitation has been sanctioned by the Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (BIFR) or being in the co-operative sector in respect of which a scheme of rehabilitation has been recommended by the Committee for rehabilitation] [Inserted vide GSR 584(E) dated 19.8.02.](jjj)[ "Regional Rural Bank" shall have the same meaning as assigned to it in clause (f) of Section 2 of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976)] [Inserted vide GSR 279(E) dated 10.4.08.]
