1. We are informed that the elections are scheduled for 26th February 2022. Since there is enough time, we are not inclined to stay any part of the election process.
2. We require an Affidavit from the 2nd Respondent by 28th January 2022. It is open to the 2nd Respondent to file a common Affidavit rather than a separate Affidavit in each matter. A similar Affidavit will also be required from the 4th Respondent in all these matters. At this stage, no Rejoinder without leave of the Court.
3. The Petitioners will complete service on all unserved Respondents by the end of the day tomorrow, 22nd January 2022.
