(6)Any other rules prescribing general conditions of service made by the Government under the provisions of proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India and are in force.The conditions of service and pay scales can be revised or altered by the Government from time to time as it may deem proper and-the persons working against the posts in the service shall be regulated by such amended/revised or altered rules.
