(3)No person shall be a member of the Executive Council under clause (f) or clause (g) [or clause (h)] [Inserted by Section 6 of Uttar Pradesh Act No. 14 of 1995 (w.e.f. 25.2.1995).] of sub-section (1) for more than two consecutive terms.
