Section 66(2) in The Punjab Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development Rules, 1965
(2)No masonry wall shall be built in clay mortar to a greater height than one storey and such walls shall be plastered or pointed so as to render it impermeable and damp proof. The minimum thickness of such a wall shall, in no case, be less than 13½ inches.
