Section 6 in THE CONSTITUTION (SEVENTH AMENDMENT) ACT, 1956
6. Amendment of Article 153.-
To Article 153 of the Constitution, the following proviso shall be added, namely:-"Provided that nothing in this article shall prevent the appointment of the same person as Governor for two or more States.".
