Section 2(1)(f) in The Orissa Municipal Employees' Pension Rules, 1989

(f)"child" means a child of an employee who, if a son, is under eighteen years of age and if a daughter, is unmarried and is under twenty-one years of age and the expression 'children' shall be construed accordingly;
