- Minutes of every meeting of the Board, Committee, or Sub-Committee shall be recorded in a minute book specifying the names of the persons present at the meeting. The Board shall confirm the minutes at the next ensuing meeting. The minute book shall during office hours be open to inspection by any member or any inhabitant of the district.
