Section 56(4) in U.P. Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2004
(4)While visiting an institution, the visitors will no say or do anything that undermines the authority of the Superintendent or is contravention of the Act or rules or impinges on the dignity of the child.
