Section 23(1) in The Orissa Administrative Tribunal (Recruitment and Conditions of Service of Officers and Staff) Rules, 1999
(1)The Chairman shall be the disciplinary authority within the meaning of the Orissa Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1962 for all employees of the Tribunal except those mentioned against serial numbers 1, 2 and 3 of Schedule I.
