1. The present Letters Patent Appeal under Clause X of the Letters Patent read with Section 5(1) of the Delhi High Court Act, 1966 has been preferred by Gurudwara Shri Guru Singh Sabha (Regd.), Plot Nos. 9, 10 & 11, Shankar Vihar, Vikas Marg, New Delhi-110092 assailing the order dated 03.02.2022 passed by the learned Single Judge.

Even though, we are of the prima facie opinion that in view of the order passed today in LPA 289/2022, rejecting the challenge to order dated 03.02.2022 the present appeal is also liable to be dismissed, since learned counsel for the appellant submits a connected writ petition being W.P.(C) 2822/2023 titled "Gurudwara Shri Guru Singh Sabha vs. The Delhi Development Authority" preferred by the appellant, is listed for consideration on 23.01.2025, & prays that the present appeal be also listed on the same date, we are deferring hearing, list on 23.01.2025.
