HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE INDERJEET SINGH Judgment 30/08/2019 1 There is delay in filing of these appeals; the same is condoned. The applications under Section 5 of the Limitation Act are allowed.
2. In the present appeals, the State is aggrieved by the orders of the learned Single Judge, which have followed an earlier decision of this Court in Sunita Kumari Meena Vs. The State of Rajasthan & Ors. (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.23680/2018, decided on 02.04.2019).
3. The issue in Sunita Kumari Meena (supra) was a subject matter of a batch of appeals being D.B. Special Appeal Writ No.815/2019, State of Rajasthan & Ors. Vs. Poonam Sharma, & other connected matters, which was decided on 29.08.2019; the judgment of the Single Judge was confirmed with certain directions.
4. Following the judgment delivered on 29.08.2019 in State of Rajasthan & Ors. Vs. Poonam Sharma (supra), the present appeals too are dismissed subject to the same directions.
All pending applications are disposed of.
