Section 61 in West Bengal Municipal (Building) Rules, 2007
61. Pantry.
(1) No pantry shall have a floor area of less than 3 sq. metres and a width of less than 1.4 metres.(2)Every pantry shall have a means of the washing kitchen utensils, if not provided in the kitchen, the effluent from which shall lead directly or through a sink to grated and trapped connection to waste water drainage system.
