COMMON PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section
482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to call for the records relating to
the proceedings in Crime Nos.3, 1 & 2 of 2020 dated 28.02.2020 insofar
as the petitioner/Accused No.2, on the file of the Inspector of Police,
IPREC, Tirunelveli Police Station and quash the same.

COMMON ORDER
These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed to quash the First Information Reports in Cr.Nos.3, 1 & 2 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent police as against the petitioner herein.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent police has filed a status report stating that after investigation, the name of the petitioner herein was removed from the final report. 3.In view of the above said development, this Court need not pass any orders. Recording the status report filed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, these criminal original petitions are disposed of.
Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
