Section 82(5) in The Bihar Primary and Middle Education Rules, 1961
(5)A special mention regarding the success achieved by each Sub-Inspector of Schools and Sub-divisional Education Officer in this connection shall be made in his annual confidential report by the District Education Officer and the District Superintendent.
