Section 14(1) in The Orissa Entertainment Tax Act, 2006
(1)No proprietor having a license under the Cinematograph Act, 1952 shall charge payment tor admission and collect tax without an "Admission Fee and Tax Collection Authorization Certificate" issued by the Commissioner in the manner prescribed.
