These are two petitions filed by the petitioner which have been sent by post.

D.B. Civil Writ Petition (Parole) No.4688/2012 has been filed stating that vide order dated 20.12.2011 the District Magistrate, Jhunjhunu has ordered for release of the petitioner on regular parole for 40 days but he was unable to furnish the surety-bonds and therefore he could not be released and as such he has prayed that he may be ordered to be released on personal bond.

D.B. Civil Writ Petition (Parole) No.5503/2012 has also been sent by post on 27.3.2012 with the same prayer that he may be ordered to be released on parole in 2 pursuance to the order of the District Magistrate dated 20.12.2011 on personal bond.

Notice of the petition was given to the respondents. It is not disputed that the petitioner has earlier been released thrice on regular parole for 20, 30 and 40 days and he has surrendered before the jail authorities within the prescribed period. The fourth application for his being released on parole was allowed by the District Magistrate vide order dated 20.12.2011 on the condition that he furnishes personal bond of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties in the amount of Rs.25,000/- each which the petitioner was unable to furnish and asked for exemption.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, we direct that looking to the past conduct of the petitioner Billu Singh S/o Shri Jagmal Singh, he may be released on regular parole for 40 days, which shall commence from the date of his release, upon furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand Only). He is exempted from submitting two sureties of 3 Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five Thousand Only) each as ordered by the District Magistrate.

Both these petitions stand disposed with the aforesaied directins.
