(1)The account of the University shall, once at least in every year and at the intervals of not more than fifteen months be audited by the Examiner, Local Accounts, Assam.(2)The accounts when audited shall be published in the official Gazette and a copy of the accounts together with the Report of the Examiner, Local Accounts shall be submitted to the Chancellor.
