Section 45 in The Rajasthan Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1986
45. Limitation.
- An appeal under rule 43 shall be filed within three months of the date of [communication of] [Inserted by Rajasthan Gazette Extraordinary dated 29/08/1996] the order appealed against.Provided that an appeal may be admitted after the said period if the appellant satisfies the appellate authority that he has sufficient cause for not filing the appeal within the said period.
