Section 17(1) in The Maharashtra State legal Aid and Advice Scheme, 1979
(1)The Board shall from time to time allocate funds to each Committee out of the amounts placed at its disposal by the State Government for the purpose of enabling the Committee to carry out its functions under the Scheme.
