Section 33(1) in Bhagwant Global University Act, 2016
(1)for admission in various course conducted by the University 25 per cent seats shall be reserved for the permanent residents of State of Uttarakhand, and if the reserved seat are vacant, then the said vacant seats may be filled by the other candidates.
